Your orders are shipped! (Metal books delayed)

Last week was fulfillment week, and boy oh boy was it a lot of work!
But we're happy to announce that everything has been signed, bagged, boarded, packed, and is now on its way to each of you, our wonderful backers! ❤️
Metal Books Delayed
One small delay is for anyone who ordered a Metal book. It looks like there were some issues with the print production, and we didn't feel the books reached the standard of quality we want for you. So we will be getting all metal books redone, and shipped at a later date.
We didn't want to hold up anyone's order, so we shipped everything that could be shipped. Once we get the metal books done right we'll send those in a separate package. The metal cards are perfect, so those are included.
We did our best to package everything accurately and safely, but if you have any issues or questions, you can write us at [email protected] and we'll sort you out.
We're looking forward to all of you getting your packages! Feel free to post lots of unboxing pics when it all arrives.

Fulfilment Starts Next Week—Get Ready!

Hello wonderful Divinica backers,
We have great news! The Trade books have all arrived, the bookmarks are ready, and the last of the comics either are, or will, be printed by the end of the week. Woohoo!
That means it's time for fulfilment to start. Dawn has booked a ticket to meet up with Jo on June 16, and we have both set aside the following week for signing, packing, and shipping!
Two BIG pallets of Trade Paperbacks & Hardcovers!
Which also means it's time to make sure your address is updated if you've made a move since filling your backer survey. We'll be sending out the final "update your address" email today from BackerKit in case you need to make any changes.
Once everything is confirmed you'll get your Digital Rewards starting this week too. Otherwise sit tight and get ready—goodies are coming!

Books on the Boat!

Hey Everybody!
Great news!! All the Divinica & Genesis Trades & Hardcovers are finished, printed, and loaded onto a ship set to arrive end of May!
We were sent some early copies for review, and they are BEAUTIFUL! We're so, so happy with them, and think you will be too.
While these books are making their way across the sea, we're getting to work on all the other items that will be printed locally: Comics, bookmarks, metal cards, stickers, and so on.
The goal is to have it all in hand beginning of June and complete fulfillment sometime in that month as planned. That's also when you'll get your Digital versions.
Sometime toward the end of May you'll probably get the notice to update or lock in your address for shippng, so keep an eye out.
Thank you all for your support and your patience as we get this big production done. We appreciate you!

Major Project Progress

Hello Awesome Divinica Backers!
We've been waiting to send an update once we had more to show you, and now we can! Mostly it's been lots of behind-the-scenes stuff with our layout guy, and going back and forth with the printers to make sure the Trades and Hardcovers come out just right.
Laying out full books like this is more complex than putting a comic together, so it's taken some time to hammer out the details.
We just recently got our proofs, which are physically printed (but unbound) sheets that show how the books will look:
It's all coming together, and SO exciting to see it in a "real" format like this.
Work on the bookmarks, comics, and charms has progressed too, and everything should be ready by our due date in Summer.
We'll keep you posted as things roll along.

Surveys Arrive Tomorrow! - Thursday, January 16

Hello again!
Just a quick update to confirm that the Backerkit Surveys are ready, and we will start sending them out tomorrow, Thursday, January 16 at 6pm MST.
We hope to be livestreaming then as well to celebrate, hang out, and answer questions.
New: Signatures!
For the first time ever in one of our campaigns, we're going to be offering signatures on all books and comics! These will be add-ons in Backerkit that you can purchase as you complete your Survey.
Jo and I (Dawn) are planning to do the packing and fulfilling of this Kickstarter ourselves, thus we'll be on hand for signing books and comics for anyone interested. If that's you, make sure to add the "Signatures" add-on. :)
New: Veiled Painted Sets and Singles
The painted half-faces are also complete, and will be offered as add-ons both as sets, and as individual books.
The sets will be available in Regular, Sparkle, and Metal for a bundle price (6 books for the price of 5).
There's also Original Art, as we showed you in the last update, as well as all the other materials from the Kickstarter and a few other goodies that couldn't fit.
Preview
We did a livestream Preview Night yesterday, which you can rewatch here if you missed it. We showed all the new stuff and explained how everything will work.
So keep an eye on your email tomorrow, and get your Survey done ASAP to get access to all the new stuff.
